Bonded NdFeB magnets have very tight dimension tolerance and magnetic property uniformity. They can be made into complex shapes, which are difficult to realize by machining. And they can be easily formed together with other parts in one step. Repeatability and reproducibility are guaranteed in mass production. Bonded magnets have merits of optional magnetization pattern, moderate eddy-current loss and strong corrosion resistance.

Normal Coating with Electrophoresis Epoxy, Color: Black, Gray
Salt spray testing: ≥ 72 Hours, Max. Working temperature: 150-180℃
Molding height: Max. 50mm with good consistency of molding density and magnetic strength, and wall thickness: Min.: 0.35mm with good mechanical strength. Tolerance: More closer than +/-0.05mm for OD,ID.
