Magnetics Adjustable Surface Magnetic Catch is an easily adjustable design.It can be used to fit a wide range of doors and cabinets.
The magnet and pole pieces are enclosed in a housing which has an impact resistant polypropylene thread. The front surface is then ground. This unit can be adjusted inside the housing by screwing or unscrewing. Catches can be used with either strike a or b, to suit your application. Moveable magnet enables better positioning to ensure full surface contact with strike, and hence full magnetic force. Two styles exist – screw fixing and knock-in.
Adjustment is easy. Simply screw or unscrew the unit inside the housing to adjust position. The Adjustable Surface Magnetic Catches come with counterplates but without fixings (i.e. no screws are provided).
The colour options available are white, brown and black. The maximum possible holding force achievable is 4kg to 6kg depending on the version.
