HSMAG Magnetics is a magnetic coupling magnet supplier. HSMAG Magnetics designs, produces and supplies magnets and magnetic assembly solutions for the Magnetic Couplings Industry.
We can design magnet systems to produce specific pull out torques at varying temperatures, look to improve torque production for existing magnetic designs and design pancake and canister versions of magnetic coupling. They can be used in drive systems and pumps where no mechanical contact is possible (so magnetism is providing the non-contact drive connection).
We can supply different magnet types and grades to meet all sorts of application requirements, including hybrid designs where one side is hotter than the other. We have 3D FEA to assist in the design process.
